I'm not a beer drinker, but I am a people watcher and am fascinated with the people on the walls in the Flying Saucer club, HA! I can't believe so many people have drank THAT much beer 😝 My husband and I had drinks before dinner for our anniversary and enjoyed it.

Clearly beer is the main attraction at this establishment, but my spouse and I just stopped in for a quick, non-alcoholic lunch and were not disappointed. Service was quick and attentive. and the food was fine and reasonably priced. No complaints.

then the Saucer is your destination. Beer lovers hang here for the quality brews that are being served. They also serve good cocktails. :-)

My husband and I usually stop in if we are down town Memphis. The beer selection is unrivaled (over 100 different on tap) and many more in bottles. The waitresses are super knowledgeable and very helpful if you aren't a beer drinker. They have food and it's pretty good! We love this bar for a date night wit drinks an... More

Usually great food, try the cheese filled fried delights as your side instead of typical fries, really good. On several trips there we found that some of our favorites, like a good Reuben, were not available, service friendly and selection of beers great.

My second experience at a Flying Saucer (after Houston) and it's the same formula of extensive beers with good quality food. The Roast Pork Bahn Mi sandwich was delicious and the flight of local Tennessee brews was interesting. We went at 5pm on a Sunday so no big problem with the wait.

This bar has a great beer selection. I am a big fan of beer, but have limited experience in Memphis. So far it's the best bar for beef in town. The blues bars are really entertainment venues with limited beer selections. If you like beef flying saucer is the way to go.

don't waste your time at this place. We waited 2 hours for food and was told it wasn't even started yet. Don't even put a food menu out.

This does not have as much character or history as many other places on Beale. However, they have one thing the others don't have, they have a ton of beers on tap. They have a darn good selection and the bartenders are not beer snobs and are very determined to find you a "good fit" according to what you are in... I have been here twice now in Nov and Dec 2015 and I will continue to make this my happy hour starting point. They have a HUGE selection on drafts both local as well as national. Most of my friends like to start the evening off at another place on Beale but the Saucer is the main place to hit... More
