If your looking for a restaurant with good food then try McEwans , 6 of us went on our last night and could not fault the food. The manager took time to come over to our table for a chat, a very nice gentleman. Average price for 3courses was approx 50 dollars

Such a nice, quaint place to eat with delicious food and wonderful service. We really enjoyed our scallops and Sea Bass. The drinks were also most awesome...the bartender was wonderful! We even went back the next night for dessert only... you have to try the Banana Cream Pie!! Really delicious!

Delicious dinner at McEwen's, the duck breast was amazing. Also the restaurant is very artsy and cute. Our server was super sweet. All in all definitely worth a stop.

Spent the night in Memphis at the Doubletree Hotel and found this wonderful restaurant within two blocks walk. The menu was superb with many interesting choices and the ability to have small plates if desired. The food presentation and taste was excellent. Service was not hurried yet efficient. The wine list was also first rate.

We sat in the bar (which I often prefer). I ordered the lobster risotto. It was a small plate, but it was delicious. I would go to this restaurant again.

Group business meal. Ordered the rib-eye, *wow* fantastic, top 3 I have ever had, just the perfect glaze with pan searing and a perfect amount of habanero "peek-through." Expertly cooked. I can't wait to return and have it again. And peanut butter bacon cheesecake, really memorable and just right amount of NOT sweet. Kudos here! Please, go visit.

We had a girl's luncheon recently and w/ 6 ladies- we enjoyed a variety of enters. My personal favorite is the chicken tostada- but several had the lunch special of trout over polenta that got rave reviews. They also have several vegetarian options. Prices at lunch are much lower than dinner and a great value for downtown. Only minor complaint... More

We usually eat at McEwens on Monroe in Memphis, TN when we come to Memphis for the St. Jude Marathon. We discovered this restaurant about 8 yrs. ago. This time, we brought friends with us. As always, the food was delicious and the service was great. The only complaint we had during this visit was that there was a table... More

Small but cozy place. Husband had the salmon which was very good. I had oyster appetizer, wedge salad and small plate of skirt steak and tater tots. Food is pricey but very good.
