We were in town for the St Jude marathon and went to Arcade for breakfast and the food was GREAT. The Eggs Redneck was the best southern breakfast I have EVER had. There were ten of us there for breakfast and everyone was delighted with the food and the service. Can't wait to go back next year.

Arcade has been a favorite of mine since I've moved to Memphis 5 years ago. I have to come at least once a month and the French toast is perfection!

Memphis's oldest diner has changed very little over the years. Featured in many movies shot locally, the Arcade will make you feel transported to the 1950's. Not all of the menu items are good. Some of the items listed as veggies of the day seemed out of place; cup of chili, chips & salsa, chicken & dumplings to name a... More

If you saw this in a movie, it's worth stopping for 5 minutes. It is quite small and has a plaque in front of it. An iconic small place.

The only thing we liked was the deep-fried French toast. We went at lunchtime and the burger and fries were so disappointing, the salads were just iceberg lettuce, and the milkshakes were weirdly tiny and almost flavorless.

3 of us tried all different dishes and everything was great. The biscuit gravy was better than Cracker Barrel. The French toast is deep fried. The ham was perfect. It was not busy Friday morning but there were dirty tables when we walked in. The girl who served us was polite and somewhat attentive but seemed to be the only... More

Me and my family went here mostly just because of the movie "Mystery Train." I expected pretty standard average diner food, but my french toast was pretty freaking delicious. The service was alright, it wasn't as bad for me as some people listed below. But to each their own experience. It could have been a bit faster though. The Men's... More

Lunch at the Arcade is an experience. Located on Beale St. it offers a unique dining experience with great southern food in a fun environment. The decor is southern funky and the service is good. The fried catfish sandwich was excellent along the sides. Overall a good lunch experience.

While it was great to see the history of the place when we order our food and received it I found a hair in the pizza, even though the waitress replaced it with a new one and discounted it at half off I was still unpleasant with the service and most obviously a hair in my pizza. Overall I was... More
