It is nothing fancy that is for sure BUT you get good food for a good price. Don't get me wrong they have some things that are better than others. They have a wonderful grilled cheese. The vegan sausage is terrible. I have had much better. The homemade Ketchup is FANTASTIC I wish they bottled it! I would so buy... More

Not on a main strip of tourist traffic, but close to the Zoo and Rhodes College is this little gem of a restaurant. A small place so be prepared to wait if needed, Three Angels will give you a breakfast to fill you up. Had the blueberry pancakes and kitchen sink and they didn't disappoint.

Had a quick brunch there for six people - quick service but food not too remarkable. Another reviewer said that maybe it tasted bland because it was organic - ie give them the benefit if doubt. I thought the exact same about the sausage. Biscuits were hard corn variety - gravy was ok but not memorable - just not much... More

Ended up being the only people in here on a Friday night at 5. Hubby had the pozole and liked it. I had the fish sandwich with homemade chips and kids had burgers, just ok, chips were overdone and oily. Pinball machine and arcade games were out of order and no kids menu. Not what I expected from a place... More

I try to stop into Three Angels whenever I am in the area because it just THAT good. Their fresh and quality dishes are top notch, and the fried chicken is tops! A very welcoming staff and gracious owner. I really enjoy the bar - no 80 inch big screen TVs here, just nice lighting, great drinks, great service! I... More

...or just some seasoning. We have been wanting to eat here for months, after seeing this place featured on DDD. It was very dark when we went in, so we sat toward the back so we could read the menu. The server (who was the only front of house person in the place) told us right up front we couldn't... More

Stopped here with our three little picky eaters (7, 9 and 13) and they were all just as happy with their food as we were. They loved the fried chicken and mashed potatoes, my husband loved his colossus burger and I LOVED my adult grilled cheese. Yum! The portions are smaller, just a heads up. Was not impressed with the... More

If you're looking for a place to enjoy alcoholic drinks at breakfast in a dive atmosphere, this is your place. I don't mean that pejoratively, it's just that it seemed that was the major attraction. The food was good, especially the flaky biscuits but, considering that this restaurant was a distance from our hotel, we're not sure it was worth... More

They have a pinball machine, which automatically makes them awesome. The food isn't bad either. I had the pozole, which was great comfort food, and my side of mashed sweet potato tasted wonderfully fresh. The Historic Arts District isn't the nicest part of Memphis, but it certainly isn't a place you can't go after dark. Plus Three Angels is an... More
