We stopped in around midnight and I seriously don't think I've ever eaten Country Fried Steak with white gravy anywhere any better!! I was going to order this... More

Wow...I can't recommend the Arkansas Outlaw enough! This was some of the best creole we've had. Oh, and Gator Stew?! Try it!

We wanted to try a new restaurant, we heard so much about this place, we had to try it for our self. The food was pretty good, reasonable prices, but the service was outstanding. I give it two thumbs up

Staff trying hard. Food was lacking spice. Not sure why they have a poster saying they have won awards. Bill mix up. No waiting time.

The boudin was excellent, the sausage and chicken jambalaya was straight from New Orleans and the cabbage was awesome,I left there expecting to walk out on to burbon street .

Great food at a reasonable price. The service was good and our waiter had a very good knowledge of the dishes. He was able to tell me about the ingredients in the food without having to refer to the kitchen, that's unusual in my experience. I do have a bit of food problem. The place had a nice quiet atmosphere.... More

We had reservations for a party of 10. The host and hostess had our table ready for us when we entered the restaurant. They said, "We have a table for you and table ready for a party of 15." They debated which one to seat first and decided to seat the party of 15. Another host jumped in and called... More

You would never know this place was here - it's difficult to spot from the street, but is absolutely full of locals. We were taken here after a trip to Stax, just down the road. It was absolutely fantastic I had a fantastic gumbo and my wife had fried crawfish. It's simple, cheap and well worth finding if you can.... More

Loved the friendly welcome and relaxed atmosphere. My partner had the gumbo which was delicious, I had the seafood platter which was fried catfish, oysters and shrimp. Reliable, relaxed good dining.

Friends had recommended De JaVu, so we went to the Main Street location. Now I realize that others may have gotten better food and better service, but we did not. The Chicken and Sausage Jamabalya I ordered tasted like it had been made earlier in the day on only slightly reheated before being served to me. The parts that were... More
