Everything was great, the wife had the brisket and I had the rib tips. In addition we shared a fried bologna sandwich. Great eats and this will be a must stop every time that we are in Memphis! Don't let this great tasting BBQ pass you up! It's a must try!

I'm a huge fan of local restaurants (and McDonald's, but that's only when TripAdvisor asks me if I visited one), so finding this hole in the wall restaurant was awesome. My wife loved the place by default, as she saw it on 'Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives,' which I'm pretty sure is where they get the bulk of their business from.... More

Went there for dinner while in town after hearing about it on DDD. I had the rib tips and my wife had the brisket. We've had a lot of brisket before and my wife swears this is the best brisket she's ever had anywhere. Rib tips were something I've never had before but after hearing Guy suggest them, I had... More

Ok, we decided to eat here after watching Dinner, Drive-inns, and Dives. Knowing that you have to taste a variety of menu items to rate a place fairly, we ordered the pork plate, beef plate, and a pulled pork sandwich. The verdict you might ask? We have had better! It just wasn't what we expected. Italian season that taste a... More

I had the rib tip plate. I was good but not great. Some bites were dry and some were great. I was there late on a Saturday lunch so maybe they had sat for a bit in the warmer. BBQ beans were good again but not great. Mac salad was dry but tasted house made. The key here was the... More

Tom's is one of my favorite stops in Memphis for BBQ. Had my usual pulled pork sand which, slaw, and beans. This time I added a slab of ribs. Sandwich and sides excellent as usual but did not care for the ribs. I will admit that I did not order them any particular way so they came out as they... More

Was told by locals of Tom's BBQ that looked like it was an old Arby's that it would be good. My son and his wife had the Hamburger Combo which they say was the best they've had in a while, My wife and I had the Pulled Pork Combo which was not even close to being good. Meat was warm,... More

Stopped in our Diner's, Driveins and Dives tour across the Southeast. Ribtips were great, we are from Texas and had never had that cut before. The rub they use on the ribs was really great and unique, not like everybody elses. The onion rings were good as was the pulled pork sandwich. We had way too much food but ate... More

I got the baby ribs - was fall off the bone good. But my slaw was warm not cold, baked beans had so many bell peppers that's all I tasted. If your going for the meat only this is your place. I do think they were a bit over priced! I guess that's what happens once Guy Fieri has you... More
