I love traveling to Memphis to find little gems and this restaurant was one. The name of the restaurant says it all. When you first walk in the door they have a small case of fresh made bakery items. The best cinnamon buns I've ever had was in a bakery in West Yellowstone Mt and although I didn't try Café... More

We like the busy friendly atmosphere. Midtown is different, slower, more relaxed and a nice change of pace for a Sunday morning.

We were hoping to fine a nice comfortable breakfast restaurant outside our hotel and this one was recommended by two friends. Our two omelets had little taste, and were small. The egg white omelet was runny, and the whole egg omelet overcooked and rubbery. Coffee was good, but creamer pitcher had to be returned. Toast cold/hard. Biscuit ok, and blackberry... More

I'm so sorry you had a bad experience with us! Our managers want to know when we haven't met our expectations. We refuse to allow insatisfied customers to pay. If you have any details on when you were in and who your server was we'd be very grateful! My email is Rachel@cafeeclectic.net Again so sorry for the disappointment. More

Our daughter and son-in-law reside in Memphis. On our previous visit, they took us here by defacto as their first choices were too crowded. Too bad??? Nah!!! This place is awesome. We went back this past weekend without the kids and we were once again treated to awesome coffee and a very scrumptious breakfast. First, this place is Bohemian. Lots... More

Food was great, albeit a little slow. Loved the ambience. From what I understand, the place is always packed, so they have a loyal local following. Worth the wait!

This small restaurant in Midtown has a homey atmosphere and lovely, friendly and helpful staff. My husband raves about their spicy sausage and I love their Nutella French Toast with fresh strawberries. Go early they stay busy!!!

Never understood why one would spend 2-3 bucks for a cappuccino ----- until I dropped in Cafe Eclectic and tried one. Then a second. Now, I go for the coffee, and the breakfast fare is always good to

Those two things already stack the deck in their favor so when you throw in great service, friendly staff, and a convenient midtown location, AND a large assortment of coffees, you've got a winning combination. We've eaten there the last three trips to Memphis and the next time we go we'll also go back to Cafe Eclectic. We love it!

We stopped at Cafe Eclectic (Midtown) twice during our short stay. The cinnamon coffee alone was worth the trip but the Sunsations breakfast was also delicious.

Came here for lunch, 3 adults and 1 child. Daughter-in-law and I had the black angus hamburger from a local cattle farm and they were cooked to order, medium well, and came out wonderfully juicy. The burgers were thick, they aren't stingy with the meat! I believe all their bread is made in-house and the burger buns were waaay much... More
