Went Friday for breakfast with a friend from out of town for the first time. The atmosphere is nice and it's a good spot for locals and getting some work done - very hipster. The food is good and most of it seems housemade, which is nice, but the portions are ridiculously small. My friend ordered a bacon, egg, and... More

Had the bacon waffle and it was pretty much the same as a Waffle House waffle, but the coffee and atmosphere here still makes me give this 4 stars. Initially the milk my latte was cool and I had them remake it and it really was one of the best Mocha lattes I have ever had, so for coffee this... More

We were passing through Memphis. I found this cafe using the Urbanspoon app. With a 94% satisfaction rating, I was sure that it had to be great. The moment we walked through the door I knew my husband would hate it and I'd love it. I ordered the Flo and a cup of boring 'ole coffee. The breakfast sandwich was... More

Hi Liz, Thank you so much for your review. I think it might have been meant for our Harbortown location which serves hard boiled eggs and if you came in on Wednesday then I was the one managing and coaching our baristas. I'm very glad your coffee was enjoyed, sad your eggs were cold and very sad that I might... More

The hostess was fantastic. The server was even better and the food was fantastic. First restaurant in a while I felt like I actually got my money's worth. I would visit here again and again and will when I am in Memphis.

Super cool looking cafe occupying the an building in midtown. The fully open entrance gives you the impression from family. A busy and vibrant cafe that offers hand made bakery treats, the scones were really awesome.the omelets we had were the best we have had in as long time. The bread was very good, crispy and warm, like the one... More

I think this place rocks! The servers are friendly as can be, obviously like working there, and always make you feel at home. The coffee is better by far than Starbucks, and the menu is filled with great selections. Recently my kids visited from New York, and we stopped there for breakfast - they said it was to die for!... The food here is good, some rather creative, nothing terribly outstanding. Their baked goods are well above average. Be aware that they only use brown beans for their espresso drinks. Therefore, the pricey Americanos only taste like an expensive strong cup of regular coffee. Ech! All locations have very good wi-fi - a good place to have a meeting over... More

We're very happy you're happy with your meals but so sorry you were disappointed with your coffee. The beans we use are a normale roast by illy - which is used in all of their espresso beverages and is ground for espresso. We have considered offering a dark roast which is exceptional but not recommended by illy for espresso beverages.... More

Josh was our server & he announced that he was in a bad mood......if that was a bad mood, I'd love to see him in a good mood. He was great & had all of us smiling. He was attentive, witty & accommodating. The fact that food was wonderful as well made this a very happy meal. I definitely would... More

On a recent visit to Memphis we decided to check out Cafe Eclectic for brunch and I am glad we did. The baked good and the coffee was good. The atmosphere was nice as well, but by far and away the winner was the chicken and waffles. I am a big fan and this was the best Chicken and Waffles... More

I love traveling to Memphis to find little gems and this restaurant was one. The name of the restaurant says it all. When you first walk in the door they have a small case of fresh made bakery items. The best cinnamon buns I've ever had was in a bakery in West Yellowstone Mt and although I didn't try Café... More
