The music might be good, but who can tell? It's simply too loud in this place to listen comfortably. We were seated in what we were told was one of the less noisy places in the club; we still had to leave early because the sound system was deafening. My advice: unless you are very hard of hearing, find somewhere... More

Poor food, even worse service and no blues! When I go to a "blues club" I expect to hear blues but apparently not at BB King's. The music was ok but it was a million miles from blues. A chain of random 60's and 70's hits and not a single blues song/tune. The service was slow and miserable and getting... More

The food and service were wonderful. The music was also excellent. Or only complaint was that we were seated next to the stage thus unable to see the stage even though there were plenty of open tables and we made a reservation an hour in advance.

The food was great, and the service, too. Got to spend an hour or so listening to unexpected performance from students of the Stax Music Academy. Fantastic performance!

My wife and I ate here 8 or 9 years ago, and we're been looking forward to going back ever since. We were not disappointed upon our return yesterday. The atmosphere is pure blues bar. If you have been to BB King's in Nashville and expect a more modern place, I hope you aren't put-off by this dark, dingy, slice... More

I spent 3 of my 4 days here. The live bands were very, very good. I met a lot of wonderful people from across the country in this place!

We ate lots of BBQ while in Memphis, but this restaurant had the best ribs. The family enjoyed the live music. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. Definitely a place I will visit again.

The pulled pork plate with BB King's sauce was fantastic and would definitely be a repeat should we visit Beale Street in Memphis, Tennessee again. We are senior citizens and did not really enjoy the very loud music the band was playing. We found it extremely difficult to carry on a conversation over dinner. Diners might want to consider going... More

Took time out in the day to have a beer and decided to try the Gumbo too. It was a great taste. The service here was outstanding and the waiter was very friendly and quick with everything ordered. Nice Southern ambiance in this place.
