Lovely lunch!

My mum and I visited here for a quick lunch on our way to Cameron House. We both had the large speciality rolls that they do which were very filling but delicious. We both had a cake each and two pots of tea. The only one thing that put me off was one of the members of staff. I'm not... read more

We had a very pleasant light lunch - soup (excellent) cake and tea. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service friendly and competent. A notice asked us to wait to be seated outside the inner door to the cafe - this seemed slightly unwelcoming.

We visited Luss after reading the reviews of the village. It is very scenic and nice for a wander. We had lunch at The Coach House and although a little pricey, the food is great. We shared 2 of the sandwiches (Ham hock and Cheese). The coach house has a very Scottish feel and even the staff were dressed in... More

Stopped off for coffee and cake. The selection of cakes are excellent but not great when you bite in to them. We opted for the iced ginger cake. Very dry and the icing was sickly sweet. The coffee was strong which I like but very very bitter. The prices would not have been bad if the food and drink had... More

A quick stop in Luss which is a quaint village that has had all the singles story cottages renovated to maintain their original appearance. Taking a break in the Coach House was more than tempting with the selection of cakes and pastries, not forgetting the huge whisky fruit cake on show. A relaxing atmosphere in which to take a short... After a hike up to Loch Sloy we dropped into The Coach House for a quick lunch. Soup, as ever, was yum but the same could not be said about the scone .......... not good at all, dry and crumbly. Complained that they weren't as good as usual, only to be told that "they're baked fresh every day". I decided... More

On a cold rainy winter day, this welcoming cafe was a find. The lentil soup was super, excuse the pun and a large bowl with tasty fresh bread. The cakes are also tasty and there was a good selection. Service was good and efficient. The free dog chew ensured lifelong loyalty from my four legged friend. A nice touch. Prices... More

I have been in this coffee shop, every time I spend time in Loch lomond. The owner and staff are always welcoming. No matter what you eat it is always fresh. My personal favourite are the stoties. I am very particular about my coffee no cheap tasting coffee served here, it is lovely. I found it a little more expensive... More

We love visiting Luss and this time decided to pop into this lovely coffee shop. Had we not had an enormous breakfast, we would have been tempted by the home-made soup with crusty bread or the extremely large scones but as it was we made do with a piece of Millionaires shortbread to accompany our hot drinks. Excellent service
