We met friends here while staying in Taynuilt it was recommended to us by the very helpful man in the butchers (who also sold us gorgeous lorne sausage) , it is very small and cramped but plesant none the less, we struggled to order a meal but settled for sandwiches ( with salad for which you pay extra ) and... I love this place . Family, friendly they get it :) Whether your kids are wheat free or vegetarian you don't need to worry its all catered for. Not only that, for the big eaters the portions are just right. No complaints expect for your hips because we keep coming back for more Thank you ladies

Stopped off for lunch staying nearby. Good quick pleasant service generous portions, salad a bit on the skimpy side cucumber and tomato cut into small pieces.

Whilst waiting for the Loch Etive cruise we decided to try these lovely tea rooms. What a treat! Fantastic little cafe, Very friendly and helpful ladies, home baking and lovely fresh sandwiches to eat in or take-away. We were staying nearby and called in each morning to buy our fresh sandwiches to take out for lunch later, lovely bread with your choice of fillings from the menu. Real home baking thats reasonably priced with lovely Coffee plus friendly staff No need to drive the eleven miles or so to Oban with Taynuilt having such an excellent tearoom that is even open on a Sunday.

This a truly excellent tea room, the ladies baking in this little gem are so talented and so welcoming, it makes this little place a wonderful experience. Great home cooking with no fuss and no big bill... The date slice is out of this world!!!!

We found this little tearoom in Taynuilt which served home made soup and delicious home baking. The ladies who work here are very friendly and helpful, they squeezed us in for a light lunch although they were very busy and expecting several locals to arrive for lunch straight after attending Sunday service.
