Dropped in here for a cup of tea and scone while waiting for my husband to get a hair cut. Relaxing atmosphere with friendly staff. The walls where decorated with beautiful paintings of the Western Isles landscapes.

Went in here for a coffee and scone while waiting for the ferry. The cappuccino was fantastic - maybe the best I've ever had. Cosy intimate atmosphere.

On visiting the area three of us popped into this coffee shop and we were very pleased we did. The service was excellent everyone pleasant and friendly. we only had homemade scones with jam and tea/coffee but all were perfect and tasty and great value. Well done.

Came upon this unexpectedly. What a breath of fresh air. I would highly recommend a visit to this tea shop if you find yourself in the Tarbert area. Friendly welcoming staff, prompt service and good home baking. We went for coffee and cake, so can't comment in the meals, but judging by the number of locals, this is a popular... More

The burgers were good (100% beef in the beefburger, and a chicken fillet for the chicken burger, with the right amount of garnish), the staff were pally and polite, and it was obviously popular with the locals as well as visitors. I would have liked to have seen maybe a salmon salad on the lunch menu?

Have been there twice in the last 2 days as staying on Harris walking and the weather has caught us out a few times. The coffee was lovely and the only thing warmer was the welcome and banter. Thanks guys will be back on Sat (if not before!)

Very good soup followed by a well cooked burger. The service was fast and friendly, and this tea room is very convenient for the ferry to and from Skye

Dont fully understand the high reviews here, its a cafe, a friendly cafe, nothing more. At least one on every high street in the land, standard burgers, jacket potatoes, sandwiches, everything we had was as expected. Guys running it were very friendly, as everyone on Harris seems to be,

This is a wonderful little cafe in Tarbert. We had 2 dogs and with the food weather we chose to sit outside. Sometimes sitting outside means you get forgotten, not here. The food and standard of service were simply A1. A very pleasant spot to while away the time whilst on holiday.
