A friendly welcome

Have visited this tearoom on both of our visits to Harris. The welcome is always friendly amd nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Good food at a reasonable price.

We try and visit this tea room every time we are in Harris.... I say try as it isn't always possible to get a table. It really is that busy during the high season, on more than one occasion we have shared a table with some cyclists or other tourists. The food is all freshly prepared and is great (... More

Second visit to tea rooms while waiting for Ferry back to Uig. reception by owner and staff is tremendous. Made to feel most welcome and nothing too much trouble. Service with banter and a smile. Very quick. Cosy and happy place.

Menu was limited. Nothing spectacular and don't expect much from this tearoom. Toilet was clean and there is a nice outside seating area

Very friendly, fantastic coffee, excellent porridge. Breakfast hit the spot--would prefer something other than thin white toast and packaged jam but it is a busy cafe. Atmosphere is fun and a little frenetic. We met some lovely oeople sharing a table before the ferry.

This was right next to our Hotel Hebrides. We did not buy anything until we were leaving and waiting for the ferry to arrival to take us back to Skye. Small and inviting, with a good supply of sandwiches and hot drinks. Reasonable priced too.
