My partner eats fish and I am veggy. This place gave us the best eating out experience on Mull. We were there for a Martyn Bennett themed weekend and the food here lived up to the high expectations from online reviews. Gail's scallops were wonderful and though veggy choices were limited this was made up for in their execution.

Ok. It was so good we went twice. We had several good fresh fish dishes but the mac and cheese appetizers was our very favorite. Reservations are a must. Great service and a beautiful view!

The unassuming nature of Cafe Fish is a part the charm. Delicious fresh fish dishes, this restaurant is a must for those visiting the Tobermory area of Isle of Mull. But be sure to book in advance - it's popular with both locals and tourists.

Definitely the best seafood restaurant we ate at during our latest trip to Scotland. The seafood is as fresh as it gets. Expertly prepared and very good service. Make sure that you make reservations or you will probably not get in! Highly recommended.

Without question this restaurant serves a wide variety of fresh, beautifully prepared and delicious seafood dishes and is highly recommended for that reason. There was, however, at least on the evening we visited, a problem with the service. Our young waitress who might, to be fair, have been on work experience, was sullen and disinterested. She served my main dish... More

I can only say, do not miss this place if you are in Tobermory. Extraordinary menu. A seafood lover's heaven. Service lovely. Only drawback was that if you go with kids, there is no "simple" option. Luckily the waffles were also to die for!

A memorable and utterly delicious dinner. We met Alistair MacLean the fisherman earlier in the day and his claims about the freshness of the seafood were entirely borne out. Hot and cold seafood platters were outstanding. Probably one would do 3 people, we had 2 between 4...SO delicious mussels, crab, prawns, scallops etc. Very informal and bustly, staff excellent, friendly... More

Informal cafe layout great for fish and seafood, Cafe fish is very popular so advance booking is essential.
