Stopped here for fish and chips after long day on the beach, queue was massive but it really was worth the wait. Fish and chips were cooked to order, we had the mackerel, sea bream and haddock, wow, totally loved the mackerel, all chippies should do this!!!! Ended up there again on our last night to pick up another mackerel... More

Super fresh fish, cooked to order and friendly staff. Gets very busy early evening, especially in West Highland Yachting Week so be prepared to wait. It is well worth the wait though!

Very friendly staff who liked to talk about what to do in Tobemory and answered all my daughters questions on Balamory! The fish was tasty and the portions were of a good size. It was nice to sit on the nearby clock tower but not sure where you could sit and eat if raining.

There was a long queue and the dark clouds promised rain, but it was worth the wait. Fresh haddock and crispy chips- what more could you want for less than £7. The serve was big enough to serve the two of us at lunchtime and we got to sit under the clock. No complaints.

We were heading for the CO-OP for something for tea when we smelled the glorious scent of salt and vinegar in the air. The van is situated in the Main Street of the incredibly picturesque Tobermory. We joined the queue and were staggered at the size of some of the orders- 8 or more fish suppers at a time! And... More

My husband visited this van about three years ago and spoke highly about it, so wanted to revisit when we were in Tobermory. Unfortunately it did not live up to his expectations. The chips were obviously the frozen oven bake kind and very expensive also for how many you got. The fish was small and most of it was made... More

Lovely fresh fish, seafood and good chips! The scallops were excellent and the service was friendly and fast. Make sure you have cash.

Believe all the rave reviews of this fish! It is worth the drive to Tobermory. The portions are huge, so you may want to order the small order if you are not a big eater.
