Ended up here when we arrived and could not find anywhere to go for dinner as everywhere fully booked. What good luck to find the van with fantastic fish and chips. The scallops and chips were amazing and my husband has sea bass and chips also fantastic. It may not be the best Resturant but a very good choice especially... More

I have been going to Mull for years now and never miss this chippy! I only like my fish fresh and it doesn't get better than this!

On our first night on Mull we both had smoked sausage suppers from the chippy van-nothing beats sitting by the sea on a sunny summers evening with a chippy! The only thing we felt let down by were the chips; they're not 'chippy' chips and there could've been more of them. That said, the staff were friendly, everything was cooked... More

We'd read good reviews about the fish and chip van and we weren't disappointed. The batter on the chunky cod was light and crisp and the chips were amazing. Would definitely recommend anyone eating there!

Fish average and chips appeared to be frozen ones. Not what we expected given the good review. I get far better at my local chippy which is nowhere near the sea !

This place had been recommended, so we looked forward to it. The scallops and the batter were very good, but unfortunately the chips were very dry, some of the worst we'd ever had from a chippy. We knew they were fresh, but they tasted like oven chips.

We got fish & chips as a variation to the more expensive sit down meals available along the waterfront. The cook was very friendly and gave her recommendations which we enjoyed. Sat at the base of the clock trower and watched life go by!

I have visited here before, - a nice looking fish & Chip Van/Bar - at Tobermory harbour, and as was the case last time, we all went for Haddock & Chips, which cost £6.50. It was fresh, it did taste amazing (the fish), and service was ok. It was a pleasant experience sitting in a nice warm evening, on the... More
