I spent a few hours in Craignure before it was time for my ferry back to Oban, and had decided to have lunch at the Old Pier Inn, it is a traditional old pub, not brightly lit and decorated with old tools, and oak beams, they had a fantastic menu, and had no problem serving me a child's portion, the... We jumped in while waiting for the bus to spend our time somewhere. The food was great and the staff was very kind, we had a great chat with the bartender who was entertaining us and gave us a lot of advice, so it has been a very good start of our holiday!

Waiting on the ferry so popped in to see what they had on the menu for a bar meal.....dark inside, old style bar/pub....not at all big...but the meal was delicious.....i had pan fried chicken in mushroom sauce on a bed of mashed potatoes with a side of veg.....it was just delicious and most beautifully presented on the plate...would go back... Only restaurant we could see in Craignure so ate there on our second night of our trip to Mull. It didn't disappoint food was excellent and staff very attentive. We enjoyed it so much that we went back before we left to get the ferry home. Great job by all the staff at the Craignure Inn.

Visited here whilst camping in the nearby site. The setting is spectacular and the location is super being on the coast and a short walk from the ferry terminal. In terms of the food and drink - they do a reasonable ale, which is always something I look for. The food was probably a mixed bag. My smoked venison was... More

We ate in here whilst staying in the nearby campsite. We looking for somewhere to shelter from the rain and the open fire was very welcoming. There is a good selection of real ale and good pub grub with local produce and a few specials as well. I would recommend to anyone who is in the area the bar area... More

Had lunch and two dinners here on recent stay on Mull.Very cozy bar area where you could also eat but there was plenty of tables in other rooms if it got busy.Staff were friendly and attentive and service could not be faulted.Food was of a good standard and mostly fresh produce. We had the mussels for lunch and they were fab... We ate here twice during our stay in Mull. The bar area is quite small so it gets very busy, even early in the evening. As trade grows, extra rooms are opened up so you should be able to get a table without too much difficulty. The Inn has a lot going for it. We were served by friendly bar... More

Very friendly and attentive bar staff. Great food with lots of options and different daily specials. We ate here one night and then returned again later in the week as we enjoyed the atmosphere so much. Very busy but the staff coped well under the pressure and maintained a chipper attitude at all times.
