A quick TA search brought us to this very casual little place. Who would have thought we would love cuban food outside of Florida. The cuban sandwiches had the most tender pork! And the best mojo dipping sauce too. Bread was authentic and sandwiches were pressed perfectly. There was a little delay in getting our food out to us, so... More

I was pretty skeptical to try this place even though friends raved about it. The exterior is a little sketchy at best, but I took their advice and tried it. The food was really good, although I'm not a fan of getting can sodas to drink since I do drink a lot. Nonetheless, good food...poor atmosphere. It's literally a hole... More

When my wife and I happen to be in Maryville, we always try to stop at Aroma's. They make what I think is the best Cuban sandwich (the Tony Montana). A big meal that my wife can share. I also usually order the papa rellena which is mashed potato stuffed with ground beef, breaded and fried. Yum!!! Once you've tried... More

Great Cuban sandwich! Best one I've had in East Tennessee. The maduros and tostones (fried plantains) were excellent. Can't wait to go back and try other things on the menu. Very friendly service.

The Cuban sandwich reminds me of our family vacations to Tampa where we always visited Ybor City to eat Cuban food!! Past restaurants in our area have tried to tweek a Cuban sandwich which just wasn't the traditional sandwich including even changing the bread!! This is a true delicious Cuban sandwich! There is a small limited menu and I do... More

Not an extensive menu, but still wished we could have tried one of everything. Very small, hole in the wall spot, but worth the search!

I had lunch here today after reading the reviews. Yep- a very small place with a few booths and tables. I took other reviewers advice and ordered the small Cuban sandwich with red beans and rice. It was really tasty! There's a limited menu with Piccadillo, pulled pork, Cuban sandwiches, and a few other items. Good food at a good... More

We had talked about going here but hadn't made it. Glad we finally did. The owner made us feel at home and the food was exactly as all the other reviewers have described... Great. make the drive. The portions of food are bigger than you expect, The large is enough for 2 people so be prepared.
