No hibachi grills, no sandwiches, no fusion, just some very good sushi and cooked items. My wife had the two roll combo.....California roll and spicy shrimp roll. They were very good, except that they were very similar....her fault in what she ordered. The sushi came with either miso soup or a good ginger salad. I ordered a shrimp tempura roll... More

I was blown away - plain and simple. Great selection, outstanding quality. The prices are very affordable. My recommendation is Spice Tuna roll, and add the Dumpling Soup.

I love their lobster dish although I think it's a little high priced for what you get. The few other dishes I've tried have been good. I will continue to try different items to see what I like best.

I had my doubts about going here but I am glad I didn't listen. From the exterior it looks like it is closed. Also looks like it was an old pizza type place. The food was out of this world. I had the Chicken Teriaki Bento box. WOW... wonderful food. Clean property, friendly staff. My staff and I will definately... More

Some of the hibachi and other items can be a bit pricey, but I usually get the $8 lunch special, which includes two 8-piece sushi rolls and either miso soup or salad. You can also order specialty sushi rolls, but these are more expensive. Either way, I have never gotten sick from their sushi nor heard of anyone who has.

I have been all over the world -- including Japan -- and the quality of their sushi far surpassed that which I have had anywhere else. When I ordered one particular dish, the chef came out and let me know that while they had it in, it was not up to his standards on that day and respectfully suggested another... More

We have lived in Maryville close to 5 years and this restaurant is the best in Maryville! The food is excellent, adequate portions....the lunch menu is so cheap. The only thing I would suggest is better english speaking wait staff.

My husband and I enjoy lunch at Hana very much. It is so relaxing - you immediately de-stress the moment you sit down. The wait staff is attentive without being your new best friend. While we are sushi lovers and have enjoyed this in many places throughout the world, the sushi/sashimi at Hana is in the same class. Sushi not... More

From a limited sampling of one restaurant, but despite that I feel comfortable rating this restaurant highly. The staff was friendly and attentive, the decor transporting. From the outside it appeared to possibly have once been some kind of family-style dining establishment, the current decor was fresh, modern and distinctly Japanese. The food was well presented, fresh and delicately seasoned... More
