Excellent meal good location.

We visited Scott's early Saturday evening. We had to wait 30 minutes for a table which was not a problem as the bar area is good with lots of atmosphere. We were seated in the covered terrace area overlooking the Harbour which was beautiful as it was a lovely evening. Service was good and all 3... read more

We just popped in on the off chance and were delighted. It is a lovely setting and the decor of the bar and restaurant is beautiful. The service and food were excellent. We had the light snack of soup and a panini which we enjoyed. Well done to all.

Had not been here for a few months so as it was a glorious day decided to go for lunch. My husband's meal was okay but mine was very disappointing. Goat's cheese tart for starter - pastry was soft, possibly heated in a microwave. Caesar salad was worst I've tasted in a long time - smoked chicken was not available... More

Had an overnight stay in Troon with friends and was recommended Scotts first impressions was it was busy with lovely view of the harbour. Ordered our drinks and it turns out the bartenders don't know the difference between a pint a half pint or a schooner but the tab got corrected no problem. Got seated in the conservatory area lovely... More

Have often come here in the past for coffee and bacon roll which I have recommended to many friends . However visited today to find that the delicious toasted bap has been replaced by a tasteless and doughy morning roll! WHY? It was awful! The roll is smaller which meant instead of 3 sausages my husband had 2 although to... More

Although we arrived at busiest time, the staff managed to seat us very quickly and drinks ordered. The non-alcoholic drink i ordered was awful. It was a lime and ginger drink that sounded nice, written down but a syrup had been added to the drink that made it far too sweet. Lunch was nice we had the fish goujons and... More

Great wee meal. Food quality and portion size suited everyone. Servers very attentive. Maybe seniors staff could cut a bit of slack for the new start on bar duty. Other than that highly recommendable.

Went here on a recommendation by a friend but wasn't overly impressed. Very expensive for what you get, not huge portion sizes and the steak sandwich was quite fatty. Still felt hungry afterwards! Staff were attentive and friendly. Nice location too but doubt we will go back. Nothing special at all.

A lovely engagement anniversary lunch. We ate from the Light Lunch menu which was a bargain at £10.95 I think it was. The food was fresh and the service was fabulous up until the end when I couldn't find someone to bring the bill and then when they eventually did, it took them about 10 minutes to bring over the...
