Just perfect at the end of a long day

Excellent fish and chips, piping hot and fresh. Just the thing when you don't want to cook. Service great.

Came down to Troon with friends today to find some good fish and chips....and that's exactly what we got. The fish and chips were really good served with tea and bread and butter. We were so well looked after by a lovely girl and all the staff were great. A real old fashioned sit in fish and chip place, good... More

Good enough food at a fair price. Fish and Chips ok not the best in Troon but would be in Top 3 but best price and friendliest staff. Also very popular with locals

Came to Troon with the intention of going to the wee hurrie when we came across this gem. 2 fish teas for £14 bargain! The food was delicious and the waitress kept coming back and offering to refill our tea. Was the perfect lazy sunday and we will be back soon!

I have often used this chippy and can honestly say since the previous owner has passed it has gradually went downhill ... Food average staff horrendous and one particular girl shouts at the top of her voice not creating a good atmosphere.... Also check your order before leaving as more often than not something is missing!! Also maybe a deep... More

A truly authentic experience in Troon. Food is as fresh as the day, staff are chatty and friendly and cope with the full range of customers politely and professionally. I pop in here a fair bit and have never been disappointed. Ignore the over priced alternatives and go authentic by visiting the Pavillion.

An average chippy. There is the usual suspects on the menu. If you are hungry and want a supper then the Pavilion is ok but nothing to rave about.

I LOVE the fish suppers from here, they are the best around! The staff are friendly and there is usually a small queue...but that just shows it's good.

Regularly head to Troon at least once a week for a "chippie tea" and we are never disappointed. Excellent service, excellent food and excellent value for money. I didn't even grumble about paying for the carrier bag as the 5p charge went to charity. Very clean shop with a friendly service. Highly recommended.

Although the staff were friendly and the 5p bag charge went to charity I arrived home to Troon's top rated meal to be disappointed. The chips were fine but the fish was greasy and had more bones than I would say were acceptable for a battered fish. Half the fish was wasted by tentative chewing. I will try again but... More
