A Bit Different

Visiting Cromarty on the Black Isle and came across this wee place just for a snack and had wonderful cullen skink soup with nice wee roll. Very tasty. Not a pizza lover but the ones they make are cooked in a wood burn stove and actually looked good. Would go back to try one.

We have eaten here several times on trips to the area and never been disappointed. It has a relaxed atmosphere, friendly, welcoming staff and best of all, great food! Heartily recommended

Something has gone wrong, previously we've had delicious, generous takeaways. To be brief, £12.50 is too expensive for takeout seafood pizzas with no discernible seafood...and it took an hour to arrive. What a shame, Cromarty is a lovely town.

Had a lovely evening with the best quality of fresh fish and a splendid choice of wines. Relaxed athmosphere and friendly staff

You cannot get a table at this small restaurant situated in Cromarty harbour on an impulse. - It is so popular that you have to book at least one day in advance. Once you succeed however, you realise why it is so. By the way, when booking, ask for a window table. It serves simple and unpretencious fresh local seafood,... More

Table had been booked but we had to wait @ 15 minutes until previous customers left and table was cleared. Food took nearly 1 hour to come. Food was very good but restaurant was let down by dirty floors and sticky tables. Toilets also not very clean. Perhaps ok for pizza but be prepared to wait otherwise.

Visited here very early in the evening because we'd heard about the incredible pizzas! I'd advise booking if you're going friday/saturday/summer holiday time. Maybe a little pricey compared to your average pizza restaurant but these were just delicious! They're cooking in a wood fire oven and the small is great. Very small restaurant - 8 tables max perhaps, so gets... More

This place was recommended, but we found it very disappointing and poor value for money. The pizzas are ok, but the toppings were far from generous. And the owners/managers were less than welcoming.

In the touristic area of Cromarty, it's a pleasure to lunch at this restaurant. The fish is really good (fresh and very tasty). And they also have local beers! The service is very pleasant and professionnal. I recommand this great restaurant for a lunch!

After being told about the pizzas we decided to try it out. Well it was as good as you can get. Great friendly service and pizza was perfect. Thin and tasty. Plenty toppings and a rich tasty sauce. Left overs came home and we had the rest later at tea time.
