Suggest booking or not even wasting your petrol. Saw it in a tourist magazine expected it to be a great place, turned up on a Tuesday evening at 6pm after driving for 2 hours to find it was a little shack. Went in only half of tables were taken but they said they were full explained we had driven 2... More

We had crossed the Cromarty Firth from the Port of Nigg to Cromarty at the northern tip of the Black Isle. A tiny pretty place, and no more than a village in a remote corner of the highlands. We had missed lunch and we were hungry. Sutor Creek looked fairly nondescript from the outside but when we got in it... More

We dropped in here on spec one evening as we were recommended it for pizzas, unfortunately we could not get in but enjoyed two lovely take away pizzas. They have a good selection with both traditional and more unusual pizzas; I had the Black Isler (black pudding, haggis, mushrooms and egg). If you want to eat in, book, as it... More

This is a great little local eatery. The wood fired pizza oven produces quality bases worthy of the mind boggling assortment of toppings available. Try the black-pudding, sausage and egg for an 'all day breakfast' you won't forget. Great place, great vibe . . . well worth a visit.

We've eaten here a few times and the food is always really good. It's a really nice wee restaurant, the staff are friendly, and the pizzas from the wood fired pizza oven are worth the visit alone. I'd recommend booking as it's usually really busy, particularly in the summer.

We popped in on the off chance we could get a table on a Tuesday about 5.30pm. We were willing to get them to takeout if need be, but the young waiter seated us promptly. I requested the table near the open door ( it is warm in there because of the pizza oven). We did have to wait a... More

We went for Sunday lunch as we originally found Sutor Creek in top 20 Sunday lunch recommendations. Two of us had the roast beef - the roast pork from our previous visit was superb - and the beef was good too, with lots of vegetables and crispy roast potatoes. Another member of our party had the hake, which was also... More

I took my parents out for an anniversary meal. I was not long back from a holiday.25 th june. It appears to be mainly a pizza restaurant, but we had a lovely venison burger and sea bass as main courses , followed by strawberry jelly and lemon possett. We had a very nice glass of Rose wine which was a good...
