Group lunch

Fantastic lunch for three visiting families, great choice of food, good atmosphere, staff attentive and delicious food. Kids meals also huge portions and very tasty. Would definitely return when next in the area. Cracking setting and view!

Went yesterday for some food, the pub was full but the staff were still very attentive and friendly. Sat outside watching the world go by, great food and very quick service considering how busy they were! Would definitely go again!

Loved the Applecross Inn - even in April it is a hustling bustling place and the staff do well to accommodate everyone wanting tables for dinner, and managed the volume of people arriving throughout the evening very adeptly. Food is standard pub fare with some nice touches reflecting the seashore setting and chef's touches: recommend the chicken liver parfait and... More

Enjoyed yet another meal over Easter at Applecross where the hospitality is wonderful. The prawns were certainly worth the trip through the pass which is spectacular. Andy

Okay, let me be totally frank. Judith who owns the establishment is very welcoming and takes pride in what she does. The location of the Inn is spectacular with lovely views from either inside or outside while enjoying your meal and the selection of food is spectacular. BUT There are a couple of issues. The Applecross Inn is looking very... More

This is a magic place to visit after a day in the mountains or a day on the bike!! With an extensive menu of local produce cooked to perfection and backed up by a fine supply of quality real ales, friendly staff and great atmosphere, The Applecross Inn is a must visit. Very reasonably priced too!!

Drove over the Pass of the Cattle and arrived at the Applecross Inn for lunch. Seafood is wonderful and while it's a busy tourist spot it's worth any upset waiting. The village is nice and very beautiful views.

Had a couple of nights in here now. Really nice food. It's not your normal pub food - it's better than that. Some of the best seafood I've tasted. Staff are brilliant. Top marks to Heather - glasses have never been empty.

The drive to Applecross is amazing, stunning scenery at every turn - and there are many of them. Once there you have a choice of the Applecross Inn or you had better have packed sandwiches. We were there for lunch and found the staff very friendly and welcoming. The menu being on boards above a table where a party was... More

Very good menu offering local produce. The haggis and Drambuie starter was very tasty and a huge portion. The Cranachan was very boozy and again a very generous portion. The meat was flavoursome and again portions were very generous. The fish was excellent. The ice cream comes in very unusual home made flavours and just melt in the mouth Very... More
