Good food

Good food, great staff, good price. Definitely worth a visit. Food was quick and they have an outdoor area for the sunny weather :)

We ate here on our first night in Drumnadrochit and straight away when you walk in you can tell this is a great place. We both had the chowder and one of the specials for our main which was Chicken with pulled pork and oak-smoked cheddar, served with coleslaw, chips and salad. Both courses were absolutely delicious. I really have... More

The food was good. Although there wasn't as much choice as I would have liked. It's very cramped and we were frequently interrupted by people leaning over our table trying to see the gin and whisky that was on display on shelves around the pub. It was ignorant and off putting.

Had a couple of visits last week while staying in Milton close to Drumnadrochit and we will definitely return next time we're up. Burgers are superb but I also tried the quiche one night and wasn't disappointed. Andy

We were there on a sunny Easter Saturday evening and it was so busy with tourists but going like clockwork. They have a vast number of different bottles of whisky arranged around the walls and above the bar (even some from outside Scotland!). The service and food were very good. Some dishes have whisky in them. Cosy, but noisy!

This was my first visit here and we were welcomed warmly by one of the waiting team and shown to our table. The menu has a nice mixture of dishes suitable for all tastes. The Duck and Venison salami starter was very tasty and others in the group enjoyed the venison Pate and smoked salmon starters. The mains were gorgeous.... More

Never tried neeps before. I had the grilled chicken and neeps and it was amazing! Thought I'd come on here and rave about the food, service and general niceness of the pub. It's a whisky pub predominantly but we also discovered two new ciders from the Loch Ness area. Rate it all!

Spent an enjoyable evening in Fiddlers on a cold snowy night. Unfortunately either it was my thin southern blood or the heating was faulty but it was cold in the restaurant! The food however was great and the bar also had a truly massive choice of whiskies! The staff were very friendly and if you wish to have a good... More

We had a the daily special of salmon and chips which was good. The best part was the huge whiskey list! We did a few tasters as the owner and all the staff were so warm, friendly and had great knowledge on the extensive variety of whiskey. I highly recommend this place!

Had a walk down after a day Nessie hunting. Had a starter (haggis was delicious) and a pudding I had cheesecake - best I've had in a long time, friend had the whiskey & ginger sponge which was also delicious. The main courses we saw being delivered to other tables looked amazing and I will be back to try them... More
