HIDDEN GEM - AMAZING FOOD!

What a gem! We were heading to the Crieff hydro for a spa weekend and though we'd pop in here for some lunch (passed it on the high street) Fantastic decor, amazing fresh food, and a beautiful atmosphere. The French owner is very passionate about her business and she has a lovely manner. Wish we... read more

I have eaten here many times since it first opened. It's always good. It's a Breton restaurant owned by Yann and his wife (who also own the fine dining place further up the road). This is less formal. The food is French centred in that modern way that uses local, Scottish and any other European notions that take their fancy.... More

Five of us went in on spec for lunch and were very glad we did. The welcome was warm, the service was friendly and efficient and the food was wonderful. Between us we had the risotto, the lasagne, the pie of the day, the pulled pork wrap and the homemade cheese burger. No-one was disappointed! The portions were very generous,... More

We had seen a sign on the pavement saying bonjour as we drove in from Comrie so after a wee bit of retail therapy we did a nosy to see what kind of French Cafe would be in a place like Crieff? Oh boy result ! Menu outside hid the quality of the delights inside. We had a mushroom soup... More

Menu is interesting and varied. Food was delicious. Wine list extensive and varied - the wine that we had was a sparkling French rose - *very* nice! Service is friendly and always with a smile. Prices are no more expensive than dining in a local pub. Highly recommended.

My partner and I stopped in for lunch one cold, wet November Saturday and were really impressed with our meal! Food was excellent, very reasonable, and service efficient but friendly. I wish that we had room for desserts, as they looked amazing. The décor was just as one would expect from a French restaurant, eclectic and comfortable. We will certainly... More

Can't remember how many times we've eaten here now, but we've always enjoyed the experience. I love the French take on tapas style of food, as it suits my appetite... plus it means hubby and I get to share bits of each other's meal. The décor is unique and interesting, and it feels romantic without being overly fussy. Would recommend... More

Dropped in for lunch on a rainy Friday. Initially concerned that we were the only diners, but pretty quickly the place was full, including what were clearly a number of regulars. Food took a little while to arrive but was well worth the wait ! Cheeseburger made from fresh ground beef followed by homemade bread and butter pudding with custard... More
