The artistic and literary content of this establishment are in my view unsurpassable. The cafe is an oasis of calm and homeliness with coffee and home baking to suit. Didn't want to leave. Booked B&B with meal. Cannot fault any part of our experience from welcoming hospitality, ambiance, decor, food quality and quantity, high end quality bedroom and ensuite. Professional throughout. Thank you for our experience.

We had a hot chocolate each on a snowy January Saturday afternoon. It was so relaxing sitting next to the... More

Fascinating old Mill building, good selection of books, good café. Everything you need to relax for a bit mid journey, on a rainy day or just because.

Fantastic lunches here, not a lot of choice but it isn't needed. Highly recommend this cosy tearoom! Got a great dairy free option too!

Popular little coffee / book/ galllery. In middle of town. Good cup of coffee disappointed they only offered cakes and biscuits pre lunch, no scones or toasted teacakes. Service attentive and polite, prices average.
