This was a very popular Mexican restaurant, but it closed about a year ago. The food was good as was the service. No knowledge of why it closed.

Great Burger. Best Burger I have ever found in Madison. I don't like gristle or bones in a Burger. You will find neither in the tasty burgers at Calhoun's. My server tells me they ground actual sirloin here daily. Under 10. With a side. Mac and cheese tasted as if they use sliced American cheese and milk. Kinda like moms.... More

Very helpful staff. Food was very good. We weren't really hungry so we shared a platter. Was plenty for 2. Waiter was very helpful.

We visited Calhoun's for the first time. While the waitress and manager were very nice and attentive, the ribs were dry and hard. I was really hoping for better fall-off-the-bone ribs and they didn't deliver. We did arrive late in the evening so I don't know if our ribs had been sitting a while or what the issue was. I... More

Many restaurants bring bread to your table. Calhoun's offers up cornbread. My first reason for going to Calhoun's is the incredible cornbread that comes with butter. The butter reminds me of the sweet and salty butter from Land of Lakes or from a farm. The cornbread is just great. Tasty way to begin a meal. After many visits I ordered... More

Stopped on our way to Nashville as my friend had been there before and enjoyed the bbq. The food was good and the service was excellent. Cute place, large and comfortable. If I lived in the area I would be back.

This is the Applebee's of BBQ. Very uninspiring, bland, and overpriced. Find a real BBQ place while in Nashville. This isn't one.

I still love their sweet n spicy wings. These r the best so far anywhere in the US. we also had the Oriental salad, that was great too. Sides were a bit expensive @ $3.
