Good food and nice atmosphere, slight on the pricey side if you opt for seafood but guess they need to make their money in the peak season. Great for families as have fab sandpit outside which kept kids amused whist we enjoyed some peace and quiet like real frown ups!!

Dropped in for dinner and drifted out after a pint! The guy at the bar on the day of our visit looked like he just didn't really want to be there.

A lovely wee place, nice and homely. Menu showcases all that Scotland in miniature has to offer! Food was tasty and served with a smile. Keep up the good work guys!

Invitingly homely. Great comfy decor, nice drink selection and the food was fantastic. Varied menu, obviously making the most of all things that Scotland in miniature has to offer. Great friendly service too. Bravo guys, keep up the good work!

The fish was excellent but the plates, despite the waitresses warning, were stone COLD. That does nothing for the food, no matter how good it is!

I submitted a review from our holiday in 2013 and gave a 4 star rating. Ate at The Drift Inn 3 times this holiday and have to up to 5 stars! Cannot fault this place for service, food preparation or quality. Varied menu and great choices. Very busy each night but staff efficient and courteous and a great atmosphere. They... More

After being turned away from a number of restaurants in Lamlash (top tip: book a table!) we were told at the Drift Inn we'd have to wait for a table. The kitchen closed at 9 (earlier in most other places we looked) so we were lucky to get food in the end. But it was very good food. We all... More

Went for lunch then dinner later in the week. Both times the food was excellent. There are wasps in the garden that spoiled lunch a little (but hardly the pubs fault) and get there early on summer evenings - it gets very busy

This place had a good vibe and a stunning setting with a garden area in the coast offering superb views towards Holy Isle. The ales were excellent (including a decent range of bottled ale too) and the food steady. We had a mixed platter with goats chese bites, local cheese and Arran crackers. It was lovely. The kids had superb... More
