Well cooked fish

I agree with former reviews - unpretentious and welcoming - freshly caught and cooked fish. I enjoyed the dressed crab and fish and chips. My husband ordered and enjoyed langoustes. A large family came in and were made equally welcome. Lunch was a very reasonable price.

Our meals were delicious.staff were politr and friendly. I stated with queen scallops ans my partner had langoustines. The portion langoustines were very generous. Then for main I choose the halibut with muscle chowder and mash which was amazing! My partner went for a whole lobster. He said it exceeded expectation. The only thing is they are not licenced to... According to the Arran Banner, Roman Abramovitch stopped to buy crab, lobster and other delicacies from Creelers during his recent yacht trip to the island (though they called it "Creepers" in print - duh). We visited a few days after for a family dinner, which was unbeatable. Specials board changes daily according to the catch - that's fresh - and... More

Popped in as we'd heard it was a great place to eat and my kids love mussels. Unfortunately they had none, was told there was a shortage. Were going to pay for the drinks and leave (we should have) as no mussels and no kids menu. The waitress was willing to get burgers off the lunch menu so we stayed.... More

Made a same day booking when we spotted Creelers. Stopped off to get the BYO as suggested by one of the chefs as the place doesn't have a licence. A great menu which made it hard to choose but the dishes we selected were fresh and tasty. Value for money as far as we were concerned. We would call again,... More

We have been already there couple of times food is good as as fresh as you can get but prices are too high for standard of food and decor of a place. Good overall experience.

Enjoyed a brilliant meal here last week. The place was busy, but we still were made to feel welcome and our individual needs met very quickly. Wonderful staff, friendly while being utterly professional. As other reviewers say, you can bring your own wine or beer etc., (as we are informed by Fran when we booked on the phone.) But the... Very family friendly and a menu that caters to people looking for a snack or a lovely 3 course lunch or dinner.

The menu consists of the latest catch from the owners. The restaurant is unlicenced, but you are able to bring your own wine.
