Perfect lunch

Took my friend for a birthday lunch on Friday. They do a fab 3 course lunch but as I had a voucher from Kingdom FM we ate off the A La Care menu. All three courses were superb from the freshly prepared and fragrant topping on the brucheta, the wonderful taste and texture of the mixed mushroom... read more

Was in here a few weeks ago and was not disappointed, great food at a good price, had a chat with the owner who still had time for a chat even though his waitress was off and he was doing both jobs, very good lunch and good service. We will be back next time we are in cupar

My husband and I went here for lunch today. A gorgeous, hidden gem in the heart of Cupar. The décor is fabulous. Welcoming, fresh and makes you feel like you in Italy. The food is suburb from starters to the main meal. We did not have dessert as the portions are a generous size. The meals we had was freshly... More

Good pizzas. Pasta dishes were fine without being exceptional. Risotto wasn't bad at all and decent desserts. Service was good and a very welcoming but unobtrusive atmosphere.

After thinking we weren't destined to eat in Cupar on a bank holiday Sunday evening, thankfully fate (and a very generous host) brought us to Capriolo. Super menu, decided on pasta with a starter of mozzarella in Parma ham accompanied by a lovely Chianti Classico. We were even treated to a sample of the new menu - which was very... More

Eat here at the weekend with friends, what a find. Hidden gem describes this bistro perfectly. Food was fresh and authentic, great pasta sauce, and tucked away up a close. Will be back

Cannot believe I have not been here before, this is such a lovely little place. I went here today for lunch with my daughter and mother. Lunchtime menu had a great choice to pick from, we had homemade soup, bruschetta, and traditional favourites of cheese ravioli with tomato sauce and penne pasta with broccoli. Food was served promptly and piping... More

Forget the reviews I scrolled though before November 2014. Judgement is made on the new "Mine Host" and his offerings.Businesses are about people. This is exemplified by today's experience of a hurriedly selected venue found by chance ,as it is "up an alley".Its location is a bonus, as its a quiet cosy getaway from the busy Bonnygate. Our host was full... More

We had a slight wait as they staff waited to rearrange the tables after a party of 16 left later than expected but the staff were very apologetic and got us a drink. The food when it arrived was good and the chef does well to cater for big parties when he has such a small kitchen to work in.
