Enjoyed High Tea here with three others. Great service from a delightful waitress and the food was super too. High Tea is a meal we look forward to when on holiday in Scotland and The Rockies never disappoints. We always make a point of visiting when we are staying near St Andrews.

Had family visiting so decided to try high tea. Only done high tea a couple of times before and wasn't sure it was for us. However, we all really enjoyed our meal at The Rockies. Nice selection of main courses which included a couple of vegetarian dishes. Waitress friendly and attentive. Food well cooked and presented and the highlight (for... More

A group of four of us decided to meet for lunch at the Rockies and on a very wet day we really enjoyed our food and service which was first class. We had driven down from Stonehaven to meet with our friends and were pleasantly surprised by the variety of choices on the menu. We will certainly go back there... More

What a find. One of the finest meals I have had in a long time. We were a group of 5 golfers and we all had something different to start. From mussels to pate and soup. All very well prepared and home made. Main courses three of us had beef Wellington and it was simply superb. Fondant potatoe and local... More

We had dinner here on Saturday night. The place was hopping. A very nondescript kind of place you probably wouldn't look at twice. It is part of the Anstruther nine hole golf clubhouse. But what a find. Inside the restaurant was warm and cosy with great atmosphere. The staff were friendly and smart. Genuine smiles and great service. My carrot... More

Certainly not the type of restaurant you would normally expect to find attached to a small 9 hole Golf club. What a joy to walk in and be welcomed with a large smile, and "where would you like to sit" Menu was interesting with a good variety of dishes and was very well priced. The food served was both hot,... More

Enjoyed one of the best meals I've had in a long time here last night. We had three courses for a set price of £24.50, which I think is great value. My starter of shredded duck leg on a bed of salad was yummy. My main was sea bass in a delicious sauce with crispy leeks and sauté potatoes. Dessert... More
