Steak dinner

Excellent steak dinner. Very friendly staff and welcoming after a tiresome journey. Reasonably priced for two. Steak very tender.

My partner and I stopped for lunch, we had 2 main courses and 2 beers and the bill was over £35. I had a cheeseburger with chips my partner had battered cod, peas and chips. We ordered a side of French fried onions (battered onion rings) which were £4.50!! The cheeseburger was fantastic but the chips were hard in the... More

The Londonderry Arms hotel always looks attractive when driving past ... there is parking space right outside their Coach House Bistro for a few cars but it is simpler to use the large car park across the road that is designated for the use of customers only. On my most recent visit - for lunch - it was fairly quiet... More

The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was comfortable. Must say the best Steak I have enjoyed in along time. Would definitely recommend and will be back again. #Carnlough the simple life.

We had been at The Gobbins for the day and decided to stop off at Carnlough for a bite to eat. As it was a 2 hr journey back home we wanted to explore somewhere new. The place looked nice enough and there was a good enough selection on the menu. I went for the Roast of the Day. To... More

As I was having too much meat in the last days, I thought I would go green - it was ok but... However, I liked the service I received and the help with choosing the right whiskey.

We stopped here for lunch on a day when the pub was admittedly very busy. But this did not excuse the very slow service. The menu was pretty good and the food was tasty. But the prices were not cheap and we didn't feel that the place was somewhere you would go out of your way to visit. Free car... More

We visited here for lunch last week. I think they need to decide if they are a pub or a restaurant. It is waitress service which is not always what you want in a pub. We had to wait 10 mins to be given a menu and a further 10 mins for our drinks which in the end I went... More
