We had been meaning to try here a few times and were not disappointed! The menu and food were devine! The kids thoroughly enjoyed there meal too! I had turbot and scallops which were on special and my husband had steak, neither of us could find fault at all! Will definitely be back and would definitely go there before gillies!!

We stopped here on route to the North Coast for a bite to eat. My husband and been here for a business meeting before. The restaurant is run by Mourne Seafood. It has a typical golf club menu, what you would expect, but it was cooked to perfection. I ate a Sunday roast type meal - Loin of pork with... More

My wife and I attended The Eagle Bar and Grill with friends. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The choice on the menu was good and there were also some very tempting specials available. The pâté starter was excellent but the Hake, Saffron Risotto and roasted Cauliflower dish was outstanding. This from someone who never orders a fish dish... More

Visited the garden centre here, which was pretty good with an excellent range of plants of which a fair proportion were under cover, which was as well as it was raining. We ventured in for breakfast as it was very early and the maple syrup covered pancakes and bacon slipped down a treat. My wife reported that her scone was... More

Very impressed with the menu, great selection of specials. We had Rabbit leg and crab, salmon and prawn cocktail, followed by crab risotto and salt and chilli ling and finished with sticky toffee pudding which were all lovely! Portion sizes were really good. Tables are a little too close together but thankfully both tables either side of us were finishing... More

Dined with a group. Menu had good selection as well as specials. Food of high standard but many might think portion size small - its ok if you have 3 courses or not very hungry. I feel the pricing is a little high for what you get but overall good experience.

We dined as a family at the Eagle at Galgorm golf club. We were attended to in a very efficient manner although not overly friendly. The menu is quite extensive and what I did like was that the main section was a complete meal without paying extra for a side. Overall our party found the food to be reasonable but... More
