Simply one of the best

Ate here again tonight and excellent as usual. One of the best Indian restaurants in the UK by far. Good sensible choice menu, not like some with masses of choice but it all tastes the same. I had chicken tikka saag, a 3* hot dish, lots of flavour and not too hot. Some Indian food is so spicy it... read more

Great meal, great service. A great menu and a good atmosphere in the restaurant. Parking was good too as there is a car park outside. Thanks

Meal was average, and specific dishes can be quite different from most Indian resturants. If you want a specific dish ask a few questions or you may have a surprise.

This is still the best Indian restaurant in the area. Good atmosphere first class service reasonable prices and authentic dishes. Only criticism is the fact that they have succumbed to the cheaper and less labour intensive alternative to making their own puri and buying in a cakey circle of sweet flat dough. Our complaint was dealt with professionally and to... More

We try and come here as often as we can, probably once every two months. We like the friendly staff (but not overbearingly so) and of course, the food. Tonight, the restaurant was quite busy, but the two of us were seated promptly and were immediately served with popadoms . We ordered the Mixed Tikka starter, and Chicked Rogan Josh... More

Had a takeaway, absolutely beautiful, the lamb Rogan Josh was delicious really tasty and very very tender. The chicken korma was also beautiful creamy and tasty. The Peshwari and the garlic naan bread were also delicious, can be quite pricy, but beats the local Chinese hands down for taste, flavour and enjoyment.
