Super food

Lovely food and beautiful location. Service was good, albeit when the pub is busy, it can be a fair wait for food. But I think it is worth it. food highlights were the Crab linguine, which was superb, as was the apple snd pear crumble (needs more custard!☺). Great views of Corfe castle and... read more

What a lovely pub! The pub garden is really nice with great views. Very popular but always enough room to have a decent table to enjoy a few drinks and some thing to eat. This shows how good this place is. Dog friendly!!! Parking isn't great with very few spaces so you will need to park on the road.

The Scott's Arms is a great place for family's, couples and groups. I had the burger here and it was well priced for the quality. The pub looks over a great landscape, you can see Corfe Castle on a clear day.

the bar staff wouldn't take our food order until 6pm, we had 5 children with us and this was annoying because they needed to eat. Two of our party ordered a side order of chips at £2.95 a bowl. I was shocked when they ca,e out as they were over cooked, cold and generally nasty. Main meals were fine but... More

My wife and I had lunch here after a 9 mile walk along the coast. It looks a most inviting old pub in a pretty village setting. We sat in the garden taking in the spectacular views out towards Corfe Castle and Poole Harbour beyond. Unfortunately the view of our meals were conflicting. My wife ordered the smoked trout, substituting... More

We where going to see the corfe castle there is great views of it from the garden. Thank you for a good afternoon. If we are down this way again will be back. Keep up the good... More

After a long walk in the Purbecks on a glorious day a friend and I decided to visit the Scott Arms as we hadn't been there for a very long time. We stood at the bar waiting our turn and were not acknowledged by either of the bar staff who decided to serve others who had arrived after us leaving... More

Been here a few times, the food is always really good and the view from the garden is amazing but the staff are quite sour. We came here for a drink a week ago and the barmaid was sooo unwelcoming, acted like she was having a bad day and then was taking it out on us. The place is so... More

We visited the Scott Arms several times having previously stayed there for B&B in the 1980s! We had forgotten what a magnificent position it has with (on a good day) the most superb views down to Corfe Castle from the extensive gardens. In nice weather it clearly gets very busy but there's a lot of space inside and out and... More
