A rainy day and no better place to sit and relax in the castle inn , small but very welcoming a pint and a good bottle of red followed by two very tender steaks and very welcoming staff,so if in Corfe give the Castle Inn a visit you'll not be disappointed.

We ate at the Castle Inn twice and had pleasant meals on both occasions. Pub food at its best. The room was brilliantly decorated with coloured lights and interwoven wooden twigs and the whole affect was most attractive. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. On the second night I was advised to have the lamb burger as it... More

The place is fully booked most of the time and you need to "get your skates on" if you want to eat here. The garden is entertaining as the chickens cluck around hoping for a morsel. "Bob" the Guinea Pig provided some fun...he appears when you call him. The Doom Bar was fabulous and the service spot on. The landlord... More

I have been going to the Castle Inn for many years and it used to be a bit rough and ready. I like it now it's nicely decorated and I can sit and just have a beer and not feel obliged to having a meal. It is quite cosy inside with the fairy lights making it look a bit like... More

For an evening meal this small but busy pub has some typical pub grub but also some nice additions like the crab salad. We hadn't booked and had to wait but not too long, it's a bit cramped to wait inside but plenty of room outside if it's not too chilly. Well worth a visit.

If you choose wisely you will be rewarded! we went for a crayfish starter that seemed to go with the enchanted old pub decor, kinda 70s, seeing is believing!.... The fresh mackeral which was totally fresh and delicious! we both had it and really enjoyed it, no idea why you would order beef strogonoff in a dorset pub!? or why... More
