We have been to Harvey's a few times and the food is vey good and the staff try hard to be friendly. It's a friendly place with locals coming in for coffee. Constructive comments - toilet area needs improvement and would be better upstairs rather than spiral staircase. Not keen on having dogs near food preparation.

Love this little ,very popular deli cafe. The owners and staff are very friendly and the food is very tasty. There is also opportunity to buy tasteful souvenirs and deli foods. If I had to find a fault it would be that it is so popular it is often full especially during the morning.

Visiting Harveys was a BIG mistake. Poor food shocking service including one waitress saying how she pulled a Sickie from work to have an extra shift! No food hygiene certificate on display? Maybe as the kitchen floor was covered in food waste, bacon cooling in open area where owners dog could reach. Service without a smile. Tuna melt tasteless goat's... More

Just wanted somewhere to have a light lunch where the dog was allowed, and Harvey's was recommended. I had the goats cheese tartlet which was delicious. A good selection of herbal teas too. Dogs are allowed in the delightful walled garden. Will definitely going back.

owner could not be bothered to put his own needs before his customers! food preparation was too much bother, he was rude to customers and would help if he could smile occasionally. We wont be going back, there are lots of places better than this.

On our way to a vintage and retro fair we called in at Chudleigh for morning coffee with Sally and Simon. This was our second visit and as before the coffee and croissant were excellent. There is also a wonderful selection of cakes and pies, including Homity. The ambiance is good, this is a Wifi and mobile free establishment so... More

Harvey's is a quaint town centre cafe/deli that used to be the town's main grocer/deli. Since being converted some years ago by 'Harvey' and then sold to the current owners, Sally & Simon, it has become the hub of the community. There is a simple but freshly produced menu and a range of sandwiches/baguettes/baps; cakes; pies & pasties. The coffee... More

We only went for afternoon tea, but this was excellent. The cake was delicious. We sat in the small garden and this was a very pleasant area.
