The restaurant is positioned above a shop overlooking the harbour. Inside the decoration looks very tired, with small tables and uncomfortable chairs. I doubt if this has changed in a decade. We sat by the window for the view, but on a cold night it was quite draughty. The quality of the cooking is poor, with presentation being a particular... More

We enjoyed a great dinner last night at No 15 in Brixham. As always plenty of choice from starters through to desserts. At this time of year the homemade soup is a great choice lovely and hot and full of flavour. This is the restaurant for some wonderful fish...lemon sole filled with smoked salmon and spinach & cod with prawns... More

A very good choice of dishes. The food did not disappoint - excellent and piping hot. Staff were very obliging. We look forward to returning.

We have just been to one of the best restaurants in Devon. We had the prawn and crab tower to start, then the hake and the sea bass. Absolutely superb, really top class. Can't wait for August so we can go again. I love my cooking, but this guy is truly gifted. Don't bother going anywhere else. Frankie

We ate as a party of four and all chose four different meals from the menu and all of agreed that the presentation and quality of the various choices was excellent I myself consider that my starter of fish chowder to be the best I'd had for many years. We chose wines from the adequate wine list and remarked on... More

Food was excellent had the honey roasted pumpkin soup for starters. Great choice nothing I could have improved on myself . For the main course I choose mo fish with garlic prawns and was treated to a perfectly cooked meal and generous portions which left me suitably full without being bloated. The lone waitress worked hard to keep everyone served... More

My husband and I went here on a Saturday evening. It had a lovely atmosphere. The menu is mainly fish, but they do do steaks and chicken. My husband had the mussels to start with, (he had mussels at two other restaurants in town, but No.15 were the best). Then beautiful lemon sole stuffed with crab, with a lobster sauce,... More

My sister took me here for a birthday treat. I had fillet of Brill, skate wing & squid. It was cooked to perfection , a nice garlic sauce which didn't overpower the fish, fresh vegetables. All cooked to order . The ambience is fabulous. The owner is the chef , you pass the kitchen on the way up to the... More
