Truly amazing dishes.

We are both foodies, and this family run friendly restaurant did not disappoint. A wide variety of dishes( the turbot& mussels were fantastic) All vegetables were beautifully cooked,we couldn't fault the potato dauphinois .Shall certainly be back when we visit again .

Repeat customers and as always fantastic fish prepared fresh, together with a very extensive specials menu and wine list. Try them you will not be disappointed and will return many times. We usually save this restaurant for our last night in Brixham as they never fail for us.

We were visiting Brixham for a few days and booked for our Wedding Anniversay. We both chose of the special's board for starters, sprats and monkfish, both delicious. I had pork for my main, never had such it cooked so perfectly before, with a sauce to match. My husband had steak which again was delicious. Fantastic veg, dauphinois potatoe creamy... More

We have just got back from the restaurant, and what an experience. I had the sprats to start Ann had the scallops, we then had the fresh mixed platter if there is a negative, it's the size, it was huge, but absolutely fantastic. The quality is exactly as you would expect from a fresh fish restaurant next to a large fishing... More

If you want more than plain grilled, this place is for you - the sauces are rich and the fish is super fresh. We had scallops cooked in cream and plaice in a rich crab bisque plus a monkfish special (mostly bone sadly) and pollack in a saffron cream - all served with creamy potato dauphinoise so we didn't order... We eat at Beamers on a Saturday evening during October half term, whilst on a weeks Holiday in Brixham. I'm not a fan of fish, but as it's one of the things Brixham is renowned for, and as we had heard this was the best place to eat at, we booked a table. We booked in advance and managed to... More

Wow and wow again. If you visit Brixham then I think you need to have a fish based meal rather than your usual fare, and boy, this is the place to eat. We had the most amazing starter, a fish platter containing mussels, scallops, crevettes to die for and the most beautiful home made bread. For mains we had another... More

It was our first time in this quaint fishing village restaurant but will certainly not be our last. The view from our table overlooked the harbour which added to the atmosphere and you knew you were eating a fresh catch. The fish was cooked to perfection and tasted divine. If ever there was a perfect setting for a seafood restaurant... More
