Enjoyed lunch here as we were on route to Woolacombe for hotel stay meeting friends . Thoroughly enjoyed our food . Good portion of Thai style fish cake with salmon cod and rocket on side in coconut milk sauce . Tasty and glass of Sauvignon the perfect relaxing accompaniment! Staff friendly and atmosphere perfect .

We arrived just before our allotted time of 18:30 ( we we told at time of booking that we would have to be finished by 20:30). We didn't have a starter. We both ordered The Riverside BBQ Platter which consisted of slow cooked ribs , brisket, chicken, lovely coleslaw, chips and salad. We had ground coffee and the best truffles... More

Really lovely restaurant with friendly staff and delicious food. Situated on the sunny side of the street, it's perfect for an Al fresco lunch without feeling you are sat on the road, but it is also a cosy evening venue. We live in Braunton, and visit here quite often...the Club sandwich is heavenly!! Evening meals are also very good. Definitely... More

We booked this restaurant a few weeks in advance of our short break to Braunton - the staff were lovely - the food was delicious I can certainly recommend the mussels 'Thai style' and also the fish cakes. We ordered a bottle of the NZ sav blanc, but actually received the Chilean which we didn't realise until we got the... More

Stayed at Saunton Sands (don't), went out for breakfast and found this place..luckily. Service friendly and fast, food excellent (have pancakes!) place filled up and was full when we left. Really decent place.

We were very lucky to get a table here, as it was packed out on a February Saturday evening. A couple kindly let us share their table, a high one at the door. However, this was very cosy and comfortable. This is a wonderfully atmospheric restaurant, with friendly waiting staff who care about their customers. I had a delicious Thai... More

Second visit here and can't wait for our third. Was gorgeous again, had the mezze board sharer to start and was stunning, love your sweet potato wedges and your humus was lovely. I had the Malaysian laksa with a portion of chips and my partner had the chicken with gnocchi both where gorgeous would happily order both again. What can... More

We went for breakfast so can only comment on this. Just incredible toast, bacon and sausages - everything else good as well. Good portions for price; quick and friendly service. Plenty of choice. Its busyness shows its popularity and I would love to go there for other meals in the future. Parking for 20p an hour across the road.
