Although our visit was during half term, the service was excellent. The menu was varied and perfect for lunch. Generous portions and well presented food.

Used to live in Guernsey and would visit often. On a visit back to the Island I was looking forward to eating here again. They managed to get me a table on a busy Saturday evening which was appreciated, although it was beside a giant heater that was singing the hairs on my head. The one thing I always loved... More

Thank you. Lovely ambience, attentive and friendly team on the floor and wonderfully presented food. The Tartiflette was amazing! My French mother in-law has her work cut out now! My wife had the Seafood Pie which by her own admission was fantastic and full of "meat". We'll be back plenty more from here on in. See you soon!

My friend and I went down to The Boathouse for dinner. The restaurant has a lovely, unique atmosphere. It's situation right on the edge of the coast with a sea view, decorated in white and navy blue with candles and oars. We had an absolute bargain menu - 2 courses for £15. The food really is exquisite and the presentation... More

Had a very busy morning shopping and helping out folk, so we were in need of a rest and sustanance, this restaurant came to our rescue with a sandwich made with ham off the bone a delicious salad and chips, my husband had a delicious fish chowder. We resumed our day feeling rested and well fed. The staff were very... More

We went to The Boathouse for lunch. It has a beautiful quayside location with both inside and outside eating. Standard of food, choice of menu and quality of service were excellent which probably explains why it is so popular.

Really enjoyed dinner here on Saturday night. The restaurant has a very cosy feel to it. The food was great but the service was even better with very friendly and attentive staff. Chilled bottled water was brought to the table without the need to ask and replaced as necessary throughout the evening; glasses we had finished with were cleared from... More

Having arrived Saturday for the rugby The Boathouse was the perfect venue in delightful Autumnal sunshine. We were able to sit outside and enjoy the lovely setting overlooking one of the harbours. The service was nicely attentive and the food very good. The fish and chips involving two pieces of near impossible magnitude (fabulous value) with the batter being about... More

We ended up having dinner here after stopping for an early evening drink. It was a busy Saturday evening, but the staff were really welcoming and managed to find a table for us. The food was superb; a great menu, we were spoilt for choice, but had oysters and fish mains which were really good. Decent wine list too, and... More
