We went on a Wednesday and unfortunately they had no mussels, as they were not due a delivery until that afternoon. Opted for scallop and king prawn Espetadas which were a little disappointing, as far too many peppers and onions for the delicate seafood, although the fries and garlic mayo were great. Would probably have been better with the steak... More

We were out exploring St Peter Port one afternoon and noticed their menu board and found the entrance up a steep side ally, went in and booked a table immediately for that evening. The theme of this restaurant could be inside the cabin of a boat and our table was by the window overlooking the marina. The service we received... More

The Crows Nest was recommended by friends who are locals and we were not disappointed. Booked table and a good thing too as by the time we were on the mains the restaurant was pretty full. Excellent food, good wine choices and service pleasant and friendly. No complaints; would recommend to any other visitors to St Peter Port.

Sometimes it is necessary to look up and sometimes it is necessary to walk behind a building in order to find the entrance. So often, and I am guilty of this myself the easy option is to walk in to the open fronted eateries or pick those with a visible clientele of diners already tucking in. Although fairly well known... Ok this was the last meal of our hols so went here as a special treat after reading other reviews. We had a very nice meal as a family and received excellent service from the staff. If I had to find fault I would say the table was a bit small and it was also a tad noisy but would... More

Had an acceptable sirloin, but saw diners at next table tucking into lobster and was jealous. Nice bottle of cab Sauvignon to wash it down with, and a happy attentive waitress.

Popped in her on my own because I thought it would have a great view of the marina. I wasn't disappointed. I was met with a smile and a welcome. Despite being the middle of July and the marina directly opposite being packed with visiting yachts I was still able to get a table. The crows nest is made up... More

Went here after a day of 'Herm Burn' really enjoyed the food and the service was brilliant (much better than that offered at another restaurant that is being overlooked here too!). The atmosphere was relaxed and decoration is perfect for the location. Worth a trip if you want something a little less formal.
