A warm Guernsey welcome awaits you at the Old Quarter Restaurant from Paddy, Dana and the staff. This is honest, no nonsense food with a slight Irish slant as you would only expect from Paddy's home roots. The Restaurant prides itself on using as much locally sourced ingredients as possible; fresh from the land and the sea the taste of Guernsey comes out in every dish. Paddy and the team are keen to show off the best of what Guernsey has on offer each season and the menu changes to reflect this. Our cosy restaurant caters for parties up to fifty people, so whether its a business meeting over lunch or an intimate dinner for two we will always do everything to meet your expectations. We are also very flexible with our menus and happy to adapt to your needs where possible. You will find us at the centre of the Old Quarter among a mixture of antique dealers, art gallery's, craft shops, fashion boutiques and unique privately run shops of all types and descriptions. With its narrow cobbled streets it really is like going back in time to what most of the town of St Peter Port once looked like, but with a modern twist of quaint little shops. Any stroll around town is not complete without a trip up Mill and Mansell Street, why not cap it off with a light lunch or and early evening meal.

We have a very high bar for eating out as we good a lot ourselves, but this place was brilliant! Great quality, home cooked food with decent portion sizes and lovely touches - definitely worth the cost in a pretty expensive town to eat in. Wish we could have gone back again but they were closed on Sundays!

Had 3 course lunch on a'treats' voucher. Excellent quality food, freshly cooked and decent portions. Nice touch of the proprietor coming over to ensure all well. Feltl the manner in which the waitress requested the treats voucher seemed a little derogatory. Pleasant relaxed lunch apart from that with good value wine on offer

Came here two years ago so back on the island again thought we would try it again. Just as good as the first time, excellent early bird two courses for £10 with good variety of selection. Something for everyone. Service was excellent and my husband says the best meal he had on the island. Give it a go, you won't... More

Having a long spring weekend in Guernsey and through research via Trip Advisor found information on this restaurant and the fact they catered for gluten free requirements. Shame that other retail premises in the area are empty because this restaurant has charm, service, great service and value for money on their early bird special. The owners are hands on and... More

Couple of beers in town then a stroll up to Old Quarter for a meal and some wine. Supprisingly busy for a Tuesday evening, but just right to make it busy but not packed. Great food and service. Always a pleasure!

Absolutely amazing food. Excellent service, quaint location. Only negative comment is that the interior could do with a revamp to reflect the excellent quality of everything else
