Hopefully I won't have food poisoning tonight. Went today for lunch with my son. He had steak and I had Chicken Ceasar Salad, it came with no dressing and I had to request this. The chicken consisted of little wing pieces on bone and chicken nuggety things. I can't eat meat on the bone so left the little wings. One... More

We ate here after walking past and reading their menus. It had a fun vibrant atmosphere, with charming and friendly staff. We had a bottle of their wine, [ loads to choose from] and a charcuterie to share. Nothing was too much trouble and although we did wait for a table, our experience was great! If on the island we... We went here for lunch but the bistro was fully booked (apparently it it booked days ahead...) so we ate in the bar which was fine. The place is full of atmosphere and the staff are all speaking French to each other. Food came quickly and was very good.

A really cute little bistro with high standards of presentation and relaxed and friendly service. The plates all came out looking divine. The atmosphere would really suit a cozy romantic night or grown up evening as I felt a bit conscious of my kids, even though we were on the early service as it's quite fashionable/elite.

The frogs legs were very disappointing - nothing like the real thing which I have eaten before (including those at this restaurant). The main courses were better, however. The attitude of some of the staff was less than friendly and although we would have enjoyed speaking French (we are competent French speakers) they made it quite clear they didn't wish... More

We went for the early bird menu, which at £13 for 3 courses is great value (recommend booking - it is popular). The food was good though portions are quite small, particularly the main course. With the early bird menu you are also on a warning to vacate your table by a specific time, which didn't cause us a problem... More

Yes, it was good, exactly as described by friends who recommended it to us. Good old French food. Waiters with French accent and all that jazz. Proceed with confidence.
