Well placed on the corner in St Martins. Shame their cap machine was absent/broken but otherwise liked it and the staff. Outdoor terrace overlooks the road, but there's a proper wall so kids would be safe enough. Probably a good spot for people watching.

This a small family run cafe in central St Martins. It has a small menu but very appetising food . I recommend the full breakfast! It is not open on Sundays. The staff are very friendly, the cafe is very clean and the although not large is very comfortable and affordable.

We were on a long walk from St Samson to Icart and on the way back decided to have tea and cakes at La Croix Guerin Cafe. We had never been to this cafe but had heard some good things. Warm welcome into the clean cafe. Plenty of seating and prompt service. We had a pot of tea for two... More

Brilliant food, good service, handy for the shops but unfortunately it has now shut. Not sure why as the business was always busy with people coming from the community centre for lunch too.

We have visited this Little Gem of a cafe many times over the last 20 plus years and despite changes of ownership, we have never come away disappointed. The last time being being in August 2013. The food was excellent, well cooked and presented with a wide choice available, at very competitive prices The Staff were very friendly and helpful. Some... More

They use good quality ingredients particularly the sausage and bacon. We ate here four or five times but the eggs were never basted over the top (this means splashing hot fat over them to cook the top). So when you dipped bread in your egg it stretched from the plate to your mouth like mucus. When asked to cook the bacon... More

set at a busy intersection the cafe is a little oasis of calm. The menu is simple but well done. The tea is probably the best we had on the island but Guernsey tea is rough enough even at it's best

Le Croix Guerin cafe greets you at the entrance with a nice selection of cakes, which are very tempting. The menu contains a good range of options, from breakfasts to sandwiches to burgers. There are a nice range of teas and coffees, hot chocolates, milk shakes. Alcohol is also available. The food is good quality and the service is friendly.

Nostalgia isn't what it used to be, so they say, but La Croix Guerin has managed to keep the old and blend in the new in a very successful manner. There has been an eatery on this corner site for decades which has maintained traditional Guernsey fayre in a simple traditional way. The menu is now more varied and caters... More

We had heard so much about this cafe. We were taken there as guests and a table was reserved as we were told it might be difficult to get a table. It was a freezing cold day with the temperature just 3 degrees above freezing and a howling easterly making it feel more like minus 5 degrees. On our arrival... More
