We went on a very busy Saturday evening but service was excellent and efficient. There is a little lawn for drinks with a fantastic view but we booked too late to get a window table. But no matter, the decor is modern and sophisticated with lots of space between tables and there was a buzzy atmosphere. The food is carefully... More

We have been coming here for 9 years now and the food never disappoints. I see from other comments that the service can sometimes be an issue so here is a tip - don't expect a smile from people if you go into a restaurant with a surly 'serve me' attitude. If you smile at people and have a nice... More

Set menu for evening dinner good choices, delicious and great value at £22.50. Desserts outstanding. Seemed to be popular with locals, always a good sign!

Wow this restaurant is superb and a real gem. The food was to die for, so tasty, well presented and perfect in every way. The plates where hot and you could taste every flavour. The staff were warm and friendly and the ambiance was stunning. The scenery was breathtakingly brilliant. This is a MUST to every visitor to Guernsey! Well... More

We were here for a wedding and it was a nice secluded venue for the reception. The food was the best I have ever tasted! The service was also very good. Highly recommended!

Over the years visiting Gurnsey L,Auberge is always a place we enjoy coming to eat be it lunch or Dinner. Food excellent as are the views over the bay .Today we had lunch which was excellent no faults with it at all Only fault is probably the wait staff as the girls come across as if they are not interested... A restaurant we've been to a few times. The view of course remains stunning, the food a little more bistro-y than we remember, but the service was brusque and generally poor - shameas it could have made it so much better

Fabulous location and excellent food, so why not a rating of 5? Well that was all down to the indifferent service. The waitresses were clearly not locals and they came across as cold, with no real interaction with us as clients. They were certainly not unpleasant, but were lacking in the warmth that I would associate with good customer service.... More

Before our holiday in Guernsey I had scanned trip advisor for possible restaurants and given the reviews, thought l' auberge was a good option. As we were in the area on our first day we thought we would have lunch at l'auberge. However we were to late for lunch so decided to book a table for that evening. We were... More

Amazing venue for my sister's wedding reception last month. The food was delicious and the service was excellent; highly efficient and unobtrusive. Several of our guests were so impressed they returned for dinner the next day. Thanks also to the management who stepped in 3 months before the wedding when the original venue my sister had booked last year let... More
