Attention to detail, friendly yet professional service, fresh local produce and panoramic seaviews make dining at the Cobo Bay Hotel a very special occasion. Our stylish restaurant continually wins recognition for the quality its of food and service, including two AA rosettes for culinary excellence, a feat achieved by very few restaurants in Guernsey. Our a la carte menu is available for both lunch and dinner inside & out on The Beach Terrace, specialising in fresh Guernsey seafood and shellfish caught within the bay itself, as well as the finest cuts of meat. Open daily from 10am to 10pm season and weather permitting, The Beach Terrace offers al fresco dining with the finest views that Guernsey has to offer, making it the perfect place to enjoy a warm afternoon or long summer evening watching the sun set on the horizon. With a secluded outdoor bar area, afternoon light bites and home made cakes, this really is Guernsey at its very best.

Visited a couple of times and they always give us the best room available. The views are amazing at sunset. The breakfast is brilliant. Free parking around the back of hotel.

We called for lunch without booking. So pleased we did.....tremendous lunch and perfect service. The floral displays were outstanding....real attention to detail from the staff and beautifully presented dining experience. Would stay here if I return to Guernsey.

Poor parking facilities should not put you off eating here. The lunch we had was excellent quality as was the service. Highly recommended.

Staying in the hotel we ate twice in the restaurant. On the first occasion we chose from the Tennerfest menu, a special food promotion in the Channel Islands for Oct and Nov. On the second occasion we asked for and selected from the a la carte menu. It would have been good had we been offered both menus rather than... More

A place where everyone is made to feel welcome. Very friendly staff who are quick to take your order and service is excellent. Whether you are alone or in a big group nothing is too much. A picture postcard view which you would find hard to beat anywhere. Congratulations on your excellent service and people skills.

I ate here whilst staying at the hotel and have to say I was very impressed indeed. I chose from the TennerFest menu and was very pleased with my choices. Plentiful portions, tasty and really welcoming staff. Well done to one and all.
