Pleasant little cafe just on the edge of Gorey harbour. The biggest let down was the lack of customer service skills & attentiveness from the staff. A great shame.

We visited this cafe after our excursion to Mont Orgueil Castle. It's small but a lovely cafe with friendly and welcoming staff. The latte I ordered was one of the best I've ever had, the chocolate fudge cake was amazing and the local Jersey ice-cream was perfect! The toilets were also very clean and the whole cafe was spotless. If... More

Had a family day out at the castle and we were all desperate for a snack and a cuppa. Ordered 1 ham sandwich to share between the boys but didn't tell them it was to be shared, seems our minds were read as it appeared on two separate plates and was happily devoured by my two very fussy boys. The... More

We popped in here for afternoon tea as we had taken a bus trip from St Helier to see the area. The staff were really friendly and the tea and scones were exactly what was needed on a cold windy day. We happened to be on the same bus as one of the staff on the way back and he... More

Walked in and sat down at 11 am. Wasn't acknowledged by waiter so after 5 minutes walked out again. Plenty of other places with better service. Walked up to Crab Shack and had lovely coffee then stayed for delicious lunch. They understand how to please their customers.

We visited here twice on our recent visit to Jersey, one occasion was just for coffee and sadly the coffee was far to bitter for our taste. On the second visit we had afternoon cream teas and we were more than happy. The cake was moist and had a great flavour and the scone was large, again great flavour and... More

Strange coincidence but myself and my friend were visiting Cafe Louise the same afternoon referred to by the previous reviewer. We were actually sat outside whilst this incident occurred and to be honest we could not believe our eyes. The two gentlemen in question arrived looking for a table to sit at. As the cafe was full inside and out... More

1st visit, cold tea like gnats pish and a can of diet coke with a rim crusted with stale onions! Should have known better than to try again, but, we did ...... 2nd visit, asked for takeaway cups as it's very small and no free tables, after getting drinks and cakes, 2 outside tables vacant as we walked out so... We often stop here when on holiday. It can get very busy at times, could do with more seating. Food has always been good & at a reasonable price. Would recommend crab sandwich.
