Can't beat a visit to The Hungry Man

One of our favourite places to visit in Jersey and we're never disappointed. Everyone else seems to love it too as it's always very busy but it's well worth the wait. Best bacon rolls ever!

Our last day in Jersey so we had breakfast at the Hungry Man Rozel. One of the best Bacon and Egg Baps I have ever had. The menu is extensive and well worth a visit if you are in the island. It is set in the corner of Rozel harbour under neath the harbour wall, with covered seating if the... More

The Hungry Man is an institution in Jersey. A tiny little place situated in the equally tiny Rozel Bay, the food is good, the atmosphere lovely and the scenery superb. Well worth the journey, as Rozel is a little out of the way.

Try the American burger. A great reward at a beautiful location after a cliff path walk along Jersey's north east coast. It is usually open either rain or shine.

I went there for breakfast with a friend and have to say it was brilliant. We had a sausage and egg nap and it was cooked to perfection and served with a smile. Lovely setting and lovely people. Go there!

When you are walking around the coast, what could be better than to find a great snack bar on the harbour's edge serving great bacon rolls and coffee. Thank you to all the hard-working ladies!

Hungry Man is well worth the visit. If you're going for burgers then order the special burgers (either cheese or chilli). Don't order a standard cheese burger as they are small and the meat patties don't seem home made. The special LJB burgers have jersey beef pattie and are massive! Well cooked and decent prices.

The first thing we do when we land in Jersey is drive up to the Hungry Man, where a warm welcome and the best food always await - the crab sandwiches have no competition on the island, and the cakes and 'Double Decker Health Wreckers' speak for themselves. Great food, cooked well and delivered with friendly and efficient service that... More

A renowned 'No Frills' eating place on the island which we visited today on a sunny but winters blowy day with a distinct chill in the air. This iconic eating place is a hut on the harbour at Rozel Bay with a constant queue if folk even in the middle if winter, so what can't speak can't lie. The proof... More
