This restaurant much publicised as having an en colleague as an executive chef so we were looking forward to a good meal. I felt the décor had seen better days. My companion & I both chose pasta, I felt mine was not up to par, my companion said his dish was panna cotta and berries. I got the impression the... More

We arrived late (when perhaps in another restaurant they wouldn't be so happy to see us) we were made very welcome & felt at home immediately. The restaurant was funky, cosy - the food was great, the staff were cool & friendly & the prices were a steal.. what's not to like ? We loved it.

Went here for a meal during our visit to Jersey recommended by locals we met on the Island!! What a lovely evening we had and Murray himself was there very attentive and hands on to customers and to his lovely staff! One night we fancied an easy supper type of the meal and chose to visit Murray's. Excellent service and the best lasagne I have had in a while. Went for coffee another day - equally good!

Murray's has had a change of executive chef and menu since our previous visits. The service was friendly and efficient. The menu has been pared down and we could certainly tell that the quality was better. But why oh why have you done away with the ice cream sundaes? They were the absolute highlight of the dessert menu. The things... More

Since we visited the bistro, Murray's, last year there have been some changes to the internal layout and the menu has been influenced by the former Sous chef for Jamie Oliver (?) who has involvement with two places in St.Aubin.  Although it is preferred that you book in advance we were fortunate to get a table on each of the... Only in Jersey for 3 days, went here twice! Highly recommend both food and service. Very good value for money. Food beautifully cooked and presented with so much choice we struggled to make a decision! Service was excellent. All the waitresses were happy, and although the restaurant was always busy, they gave you the feeling that everything was under control... More

Wish we had found this sooner!! Great fresh food beautifully cooked and presented but it was the service that made it!! Only complaint is they don't do a cheese board although the waitress did say they could rustle up something from the fridge but would have no crackers. I'd go for the mackerel if its on as it was simply... More

My wife & I fancied something low key this evening for dinner, so we popped down to pretty St Aubin's for a walk on the harbour, finishing at Murrays for dinner. Lucky for us we were early enough to grab one of the 3 unreserved tables.. good friendly and informative service.. lots of specials and a al la carte menu... More
