Sticky table, half hour wait for basic lunch order, they ran out of tuna, toilets dirty, sulky service. A little personality would go a long way towards giving the benefit of the doubt. Maybe they were having a bad day but I won't be back.

Passing through Adare we decided to pop in for a coffee and cake. I did visit this particular place a few years ago and was impressed but this time it was a proper rip off. We ordered two cups of tea, one slice of apple tart and one slice of lemon meringue pie and we were charged a whopping €14... More

The eggs benedict, coffee and cheesecake were superb and good value for money. Whole ambience was good. I would love to know the name of the combilation CD playing - something like New York Brunch, but cannot trace it. Sandy Penny, Edinburgh, Scotland

The food was goo, reasonable price. nice cozy cafe with nice ny wall paper and great pop music playing on radio. young adults traveling with us loved it, egg benedicts were great! they even gave us a 4th of july... Being coeliac I always telephone ahead to chat through a menu choice, on this occasion my two calls were not returned. The menu marked dishes G for Gluten free and also stated that all dishes could be accommodated, maybe the restaurant thought that this was adequate. For a starter I selected the chicken, cashew nut and pineapple salad – it... More

Have eaten Lunch and Dinner at this restaurant on separate occasions.I found on both occasions a limited menu that was over priced, main course meat/fish on mound of mash potato no veg except potato and chips cost extra, Selection of wine very expensive.Only plus side was friendly staff.
