This is the kind of deli one expects to find in a big town not in a tiny village. It has a small but lovely choice of great food and wines. There is a smaall cafe attached with some outdoor seating when the weather permits use of same. The menu is not very large but everything on it is very... More

The food here is delicious! Really good quality, home cooked and great value for money. The owners Clo and Phillipa are charming and founts of knowledge about the area and there are lots of little helpful things for bikers. One of those places that makes you feel good when you visit!

This little cafe is great. The food was very frest and basically you get to build your own sandwiches. The owner is very nice and I would highly recommend stopping by if you are passing through.

I was there by walking the Wiklow Way. I was very good impressed by the wide selection of snacks, cookies, chocolates and so on and to not see the usual shelf full of junk food. This was a very positive impression. I was at the same time impressed for the prices because Glendalough is a small village but I can... More

Stopped here for lunch after visiting the nearby Glendalough Monastic site. As other reviews have mentioned, the staff range from very friendly to kind of perturbed to be helping you, but the food is very good and the prices seemed average. It's part deli and part grocery store, but there are some tables inside (seating maybe 10-15) with more tables... More

This is a lovely little cafe & health food shop. A nice, cosy, old fashioned atmosphere. Great coffee and a nice deli with lots of variety between the cakes, sandwiches and other goodies. They even keep a track pump behind the counter for cyclists. Theres a bike rack outside, a tap on the wall for filling water bottles, and you... More

Often stop here when hillwalking in Wicklow as the coffee and treats are excellent Unfortunately there is no warmth or customer service skills in either of the two sisters who own the place. A lovely young girl who works there has the best personality of them all. We regularly have our cups etc swiped ftom under our noses before being... More

On our first day in Ireland, driving through the Wicklow Mountains, a bit tired and worn, we chanced upon Glendalough Green. From the outside appearance we weren't expecting much, but what a pleasant surprise. Deliciously hot soup, tasty bread and a steaming cup of coffee in this quaint café was just what we needed to recharge our batteries for the... More
