My daughter and I had dinner in the Indian Prince last evening. Wow! - so tasty and such generous portions. We had starters; Mushroom Pakora and Prawn Puree - both delicious and this set the scene for the mains. Between us we had the the Special Biriyani and the Sag Paneer and to be honest we were asked if we... More

I recently got a takeaway from this Indian and unfortunately it wasn't great. The tarka dhal was ok nothing special, pilau rice was nice however the dish that was promoted as "fit for a prince" was certainly not that. There was nothing special or distinctive about this dish and it tasted as if two sauces from separate dishes had just being flung... Ate with family at the Indian Prince for the first time a week ago. Found the staff friendly and accommodating. Good value and very tasty. Has become our place to go to from now on.

As usual Indian Prince doesn't disappoint. Very friendly staff. Child friendly. Food excellent and portions are generous. Great variety on the menu. Good value to be had on the early bird also if you are on a budget. Very hard to fault it and will continue to return. best Indian food in Laois by a long way.

Have just returned from the Indian Prince and am sated! Had been looking forward to going there for some weeks but fate intervened and had to wait until this evening! ...and the service has to be top as well. I have never been disappointed with the food in here, and whilst it may not be above and beyond some of its local competitors taste wise, it certainly competes for the overall value package. The food is pleasant, especially the prawn piyari starter. The mains are exactly what you would expect... More
